The policies listed below are focused on creating a recruiting environment which has the best interests of both Fisher Students and Employers in mind.
Employer Policies
Policy on Working with Third Party Recruiters
It is not deemed an appropriate use of the Fisher Office of Career Management resources, however, to accord significant support to for-profit employment services. For-profit employment services, also referred to as third-party recruiters, are defined as those agencies, organizations, or individuals seeking candidates for employment opportunities other than for their own needs. This policy also applies to individuals affiliated with third party recruiting organizations at any level, including those hiring for internal positions such as recruiting and sales . . . Employer Guidelines for Making Employment Offers
The recruiting process includes several important decisions for the both employer and students. Both parties require time for making decisions as the process moves forward. Fisher Office of Career Management recommends employers give students 4 weeks from the time of offer or until Nov 1, whichever comes later, to make their decision. . . . Click for Complete Policy

Student Policy Regarding Offers of Employment
A verbal or written acceptance of an offer is considered a commitment. It is never permissible to accept a job offer (either verbal or written) and later decline. We recommend that you consider all job offers (internship and career position offers) carefully and seriously before acting upon them. If you have a difficult decision to make or find yourself in a challenging position with regard to an offer, we highly encourage you to meet with a consultant in the Office of Career Management before making your final decision.
