Shanna graduated from the University of Florida, and interned with Lehman Brothers in the fixed income division with the mortgage-backed securities and whole loans groups in New York City. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the arts, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.

Since graduating from West Point, Mike has worked in leadership and management roles within the military, technology, and aviation industries. For the past few years, he has lived with his wife in the NY/CT area and they are both thoroughly enjoying their new home in Ohio. He enjoys running, spending time with his dog, and caffeine. |

Prior to entering the Fisher Program, Tanvi worked at Siemens Power engineering Ltd. as a civil design engineer primarily focusing on overall planning and layout of the underground structures of a power plant. She loves to travel and enjoys dancing and prefers reading and listening to music in her free time. |

Adam worked in the Commercial Banking Industry for 3+ years, most recently living in Cincinnati, OH. At Fisher, he would like to make a career switch into Brand Management. His personal interests include running and triathlons. |

Ross came to Fisher following 9 years of military service. He has worked in multiple leadership roles within the military, both domestically and abroad. He is looking for a career change into internal strategy or marketing. He is an Ohio native but has lived throughout the eastern US. His interests include physical fitness, college sports, and traveling. |

Cecilia, originally from Peru, has worked in the Food and Beverages industry for the past 5 years doing Product development and Analytical Research. She loves dancing and playing volleyball and basketball. Enjoys travelling and learning about new cultures. |

Prior to starting at Fisher, Tracy worked in various commercial banking roles at National City Corporation, now a part of PNC, in Cleveland, Ohio. Most recently, she worked as a Capital Markets Analyst in National City’s Loan Syndications Group. She enjoys reading, working out and spending time with friends in her spare time. |

Prior to Fisher, Eric worked for Intel as a Process Engineer responsible for safety, quality, and cost-effective output in a high-volume semiconductor fabrication facility outside of Portland, OR. His hobbies include traveling, spending time with friends and family, supporting Buckeye athletics, and occasionally brewing beer. |

John worked for 3 years as a Project Engineer at S&C Electric Company in Chicago, leading process improvement efforts in a manufacturing environment and rolling out continuous improvement training. He is interested in a career path in product marketing, leading to a role in general management. John enjoys the outdoors (sailing, running, and hiking), music, and stock-picking. |

Natasha worked as a Logistics Management Specialist at Defense Logistics Agency in Richmond, VA and Wiesbaden, Germany. She supported military troops that deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan. She is interested in a career path in operations and logistics, leading to a role in general management. Her interests include reading, traveling and watching movies. |
