You will have limitless opportunity to gain international exposure at Fisher College. The MBA program’s global nature will be a part of nearly everything you do, whether working with fellow classmates, interacting with diverse faculty, studying abroad, networking with Fisher’s global alumni, or pursuing an internship abroad.
Get Involved With International Business Organizations
Fisher’s student diversity is well represented by active international student organizations. In addition to the overarching International Business Club, students participate in various individual cultural organizations - groups like the Chinese Business Professional Association, the Indian MBA Association, and the Fisher Latino Graduate Association. Inside and outside these groups, students frequently organize cultural events outside of class, ranging from the celebration of the Chinese New Year, the Indian festival, or events celebrating the Irish St. Patrick’s Day.
Beyond Fisher College you will have access to all international student organizations that exist at the university level, a significant number of diverse clubs from around the globe. [more]
Experience Job Search Without Boundaries
The majority of our graduates is interested in working in the United States immediately following graduation. However, there is a growing minority of students who consider working outside the United States. Fisher College has a career services specialist dedicated to finding employment opportunities abroad.
These international employment opportunities may start with students opting to do a summer internship abroad. Our students have found international internship opportunities in a variety of places, including London, UK; Paris, France; Johannesburg, South Africa; Hong Kong, China; and Kingston, Jamaica.
By leveraging our Career Services office, alumni network, and/or contacts in the International Programs office, Fisher MBAs are successful in finding permanent employment in nations around the globe.
